Current Play
What the retailer sells unless the player requests otherwise: the wager is about the outcome of the next draw (also called the “current” draw) in the game.
Advance Play
What the player does when wagering about the outcome of some future draw, rather than the next draw. This is something the player can request of the retailer. The player can choose to skip the next drawing or some number of drawings. There are limits to how far “ahead” wagers can be placed. In games that are drawn every day, the limit is six draws. In games that are drawn less frequently, the player can place wagers up to ten draws in the future.
Multiple Play
What the player does when wagering on the same number combination(s) for a consecutive series of draws. This is something the player can request of the retailer. There are limits to how far “ahead” wagers can be placed. In games that are drawn every day, the limit is six draws. In games that are drawn less frequently, the player can place wagers up to ten draws in the future.
