When I found out I won, I kept thinking, ‘Wow, how did this happen?’” The winner, a Spokane resident, told Washington’s Lottery officials he plans to donate a good portion of his prize money to his local Union Gospel Mission, as the organization helped a friend of his in the past. “I believe in giving back to organizations that benefit the community.”
