A man from Snohomish took home two big wins last week and it all began after he purchased a “Season’s Greeting” Scratch ticket at Storm Lake Grocery (5124 Storm Lake Rd, Snohomish, WA 98290). That ticket ended up being worth $50,000.
“I knew I wanted to do something to celebrate my win. With the Seahawks playing the Patriots that weekend, I invited my family and friends over for a big game-day viewing party,” said the winner. “The win by the Seahawks topped off a great week!”
When asked what he plans to do with the prize money, the winner told Washington’s Lottery officials he’s going to save it for a rainy day.
Proceeds from Washington’s Lottery benefit the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account, providing grants to college students statewide. To learn more about Washington’s Lottery, its beneficiaries and to review all up-to-date winning numbers, please visit www.walottery.com.
