Washington’s Lottery Names Top 10 Luckiest Retailers For State’s Central Region

Plaza Super Jet in Wenatchee tops this year’s list with seven tickets worth $1,000 or more sold in 2025

Olympia, WA (March 9, 2026) – As St. Patrick’s Day approaches and Washingtonians look for a little extra luck, many may find their pot of gold closer to home than expected. Washington’s Lottery has announced its Luckiest Retailers of 2025 for the state’s Central region, highlighting the local stores where the most winning tickets worth $1,000 or more were sold.

Plaza Super Jet in Wenatchee topped the Central region list with seven wins. Safeway locations claimed four spots on the list for a total of 20 wins and Moses Lake retailers secured three spots for a total of 16 wins.

The top 10 Luckiest Retailers in the Central region are:

  • 7 Wins: Plaza Super Jet at 106 Okanogan Avenue in Wenatchee
  • 6 Wins: Safeway at 601 Pioneer Way in Moses Lake
  • 6 Wins: Selah Express at 777 N Park Center in Selah
  • 6 Wins: Safeway at 711 W 1st Avenue in Toppenish
  • 5 Wins: WinCo Foods at 960 N Stratford Road in Moses Lake
  • 5 Wins: Albertsons at 1128 N Miller Street in Wenatchee
  • 5 Wins: Walmart at 1005 N Stratford Road in Moses Lake
  • 4 Wins: Safeway at 510 Grant Road in East Wenatchee
    • 2nd year in a row on the Top 10 list
  • 4 Wins: WinCo Foods at 2425 Longfibre Road in Union Gap
    • 3rd year in a row on the Top 10 list
  • 4 Wins: Safeway at 5702 Summitview Avenue in Yakima

Washington’s Lottery recognizes its Luckiest Retailers by dividing the state into seven regions: North Puget Sound, South Puget Sound, Olympic Peninsula, Eastern Washington, Southwest Washington, Tri-Cities, and Central Washington. The full list of Luckiest Retailers can be obtained here.

Washington’s Lottery is proud to be a financial supporter of the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC), which administers state financial aid programs. WSAC leads a variety of initiatives to increase educational opportunities for students, families, and educators across the state, with a particular focus on increasing equity by reaching communities of color and students from low-income families. The Lottery also proudly supports the state’s Early Childhood Education & Assistance Program (ECEAP), a state-funded pre-K program that helps children become kindergarten-ready by building early skills in reading, math and science. The program works closely with parents to support their children’s health and education.
