Contest Overview

1. Want to be a part of the first ever 12 Fan Draft?! There will be two rosters for fans to have a shot at joining – first-round draft roster and second-round draft roster.
   1. First-round draft will have 12 roster spots available on both Team Cliff and Team Kam
   2. Second-round draft will have 8 back-up positions available on both Team Cliff and Team Kam
2. If selected to be a part of Team Cliff or Team Kam, Roster Members will win exclusive autographed apparel signed by their Team Coach (Cliff or Kam, depending on which team you are on).
3. Once rosters are selected by Washington’s Lottery, Seahawks, and Cliff Avril and Kam Chancellor, selected roster members will be contacted and made aware of their fan victory!

From there, roster members will be announced on social media and sent their exclusive autographed apparel.

How to Enter

Comment on any of the Fan Draft social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) from @WALottery, @Seahawks @CliffAvril, or @KamChancellor.

1. When commenting, you must tell us how you fan, i.e., are you the king of tailgating? Do you have the most epic Seahawks watch party set up in your basement? etc.
2. You must use the hashtag #12FanDraft and #TeamCliff or #TeamKam for the chance to be selected on one of their team rosters.

Official Rules

Selection:

1. Washington’s Lottery invites fans to participate in the first ever 12 Fan Draft (the “Contest”) in connection with a social media campaign, with the opportunity to win one of forty (40) prizes, subject to these Official Rules. Participants can enter by:
1. Commenting on any of the Fan Draft social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) from @WALottery, @Seahawks, @CliffAvril, or @KamChancellor.
2. When commenting, you must tell us how you fan, i.e., are you the king of tailgating? Do you have the most epic Seahawks watch party set up in your basement? etc.
3. You must use the hashtag #12FanDraft and #TeamCliff or #TeamKam for the chance to be selected on one of their team rosters.
2. Roster Members will be selected by Washington’s Lottery, Seahawks, and Cliff Avril and Kam Chancellor.
3. Selections will be chosen based on how well you fan. Are you the king of the tailgate, and have your Hawks grill, spatula, and apron on and ready for each game, rain, or shine? Do you have your garage decked out in all Hawks gear and have the most epic watch parties? Do you have a tradition of always watching the game with your kids every week? Tell us! We want to hear all kinds of ways that 12’s show up to support their team on gamedays and any day of the week.
4. Should you be selected on the first-round draft roster, you will not be eligible to be on the second-round draft roster.

Eligibility:

1. By participating in this Fan Draft and/or claiming a Winning Draft Roster Prize, should you be selected, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and a legal resident of either the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other US territories and possessions) or Canada, and agree to these Official Rules. Your eligibility for this Contest is contingent upon these certifications.
2. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Contest is void where prohibited.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Employees, directors, officers, of Washington’s Lottery and each of its advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Contest, as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.
2. All Roster Members/Winners will be notified prior to the official Roster Announcements on social media. Winners must respond to notice from WASHINGTON'S LOTTERY within 48 hours of such notice.  Failure to respond within 48 hours of such notice, for any reason, will disqualify the person and another Winner will be selected.
3. First-round draft roster will be announced September 30th, 2022.
4. Second-round draft roster will be announced October 28th, 2022.
5. Any Prize that is obtained in contravention of these rules or the local, state, or federal law will be deemed void and will not be honored.
6. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by a Winner.

Limitations of Liability:  The National Football League, its member professional football clubs (including Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks), NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or the award of any prize(s). The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
