Complete the back of any non-winning Washington’s Lottery Scratch Game #2010 $5 “Seahawks 2026” ticket (must include email and daytime phone number), place in envelope, and apply correct postage.
Multiple entries per envelope accepted - entries are removed from envelope

Eligibility
Player may only win one second chance prize per drawing. If more than one entry is drawn for a player in a drawing, the player will win the prize associated with their first entry drawn.
Entries do not carry over from one drawing to the next. Entries received after the enter-by date will be included in the next drawing, except drawing 3. Entries received after the enter-by date for drawing 3 will be disqualified.
