Whether you are a new business entity, or an established enterprise, follow these easy steps to get started doing business with Lottery.

Statewide Vendor (SWV) Number: To receive payment from Washington’s Lottery, or another Washington State agency, vendors must receive a SWV No. If you do not yet have this, you can receive more information via the Statewide Vendor/Payee Services.

Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS): To receive notification of competitive solicitations vendors should register for notices on WEBS. Note: There is no cost to register on WEBS.
